Technician Response Time
- Our standard technician response time is within 2 hours of booking, subject to availability.
- Customers may also schedule an appointment at a preferred date and time.
- Response times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Every technician follows company service standards and professional conduct.
Payment Policy
- No advance payment is required for repair services.
- Customers are required to pay only after the repair work has been completed and the appliance has been tested.
- Payment can be made using the available payment methods at the time of service.
Genuine Spare Parts
- We use only genuine and quality-tested spare parts whenever replacement is required.
- All replaced spare parts supplied by us carry an up to 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Spare Parts & Gas Warranty
- All spare parts and gas refilling services provided by us are covered by an up to 90-day warranty.
Labour / Service Warranty
- Labour charges and service charges are covered by a 30-day service warranty.
Repeat Repair Policy
If the same repair issue reoccurs within 30 days from the original service date:
- Our technician will revisit the customer.
- No labour or service charges will be applicable for the revisit related to the same repair.
- Charges may apply if new faults or unrelated issues are identified.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by informing us before the technician has been dispatched.
- No cancellation charges apply if the cancellation is made before technician dispatch.
- If the technician has already reached the customer's location, a visit or inspection charge may be applicable.
- Repeated cancellations or misuse of booking services may result in refusal of future service requests.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to:
- Provide accurate contact and address details.
- Ensure safe access to the appliance.
- Inform the technician of any previous repairs or known issues.
- Verify the repair before making payment.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused after service.
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
- Electrical fluctuations, fire, water damage, or natural disasters.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized persons after our service.
- New or unrelated faults that arise after the original repair.
Limitation of Liability
Grow More Appliances Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the repaired appliance beyond the scope of the service provided.
